The pseudobinary CrAsTiAs system has been investigated by X-ray and neutron diffraction and magnetic susceptibility measurements at temperatures between 10 and 1000 K. The phase diagram includes paramagnetic regions with the MnP-, NiAs-, and TiP-type structures and a low-temperature helimagnetic, MnP-type state for0.00 ≦ t ≦ 0.10 of Cr1?tTitAs. The first-order para- to helimagnetic transition in Cr1?tTitAs is accompanied by a hysteresis of 10–15 K. The results are discussed in relation to the findings for other Cr1?tTtAs(T =V, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni) andCrAs1?xXx (X = P, Sb, Se) phases.  相似文献

Results are presented from an NMKL (Nordic Committee on Food Analysis) collaborative study of a method for the determination of cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) in foods. The method is based on the addition of an internal standard (vitamin D2), followed by saponification and extraction with n-heptane. The fraction that contains vitamin D2/D3 is separated by preparative normal-phase liquid chromatography (LC), and the analytes are determined by reversed-phase LC with UV detection at 265 nm. The method was tested by 8 participating laboratories. In this study 6 different matrixes were analyzed for cholecalciferol content: milk, liquid infant formula (gruel), cooking oil, margarine, infant formula, and fish oil. The contents varied from 0.4 to 12 microg/100 g. Three matrixes (milk, gruel, and margarine) were fortified with vitamin D3. In the other matrixes, vitamin D3 was added at 3 different levels at the Swedish National Food Administration. The milk was analyzed as a blind duplicate, whereas the other matrixes were analyzed as split-level pairs. The recoveries from the samples with vitamin D3 added varied from 93 to 102%. The repeatability relative standard deviation (RSDr) values for accepted results varied between 2.2% (fish oil) and 7.4% (cooking oil), whereas the reproducibility relative standard deviation (RSD(R)) values varied between 6.8% (margarine) and 24% (cooking oil).  相似文献

Detailed Fe vibrational spectra have been obtained for the heme model complex [Fe(TPP)(CO)(1-MeIm)] using a new, highly selective and quantitative technique, Nuclear Resonance Vibrational Spectroscopy (NRVS). This spectroscopy measures the complete vibrational density of states for iron atoms, from which normal modes can be calculated via refinement of the force constants. These data and mode assignments can reveal previously undetected vibrations and are useful for validating predictions based on optical spectroscopies and density functional theory, for example. Vibrational modes of the iron porphyrin-imidazole compound [Fe(TPP)(CO)(1-MeIm)] have been determined by refining normal mode calculations to NRVS data obtained at an X-ray synchrotron source. Iron dynamics of this compound, which serves as a useful model for the active site in the six-coordinate heme protein, carbonmonoxy-myoglobin, are discussed in relation to recently determined dynamics of a five-coordinate deoxy-myoglobin model, [Fe(TPP)(2-MeHIm)]. For the first time in a six-coordinate heme system, the iron-imidazole stretch mode has been observed, at 226 cm(-)(1). The heme in-plane modes with large contributions from the nu(42), nu(49), nu(50), and nu(53) modes of the core porphyrin are identified. In general, the iron modes can be attributed to coupling with the porphyrin core, the CO ligand, the imidazole ring, and/or the phenyl rings. Other significant findings are the observation that the porphyrin ring peripheral substituents are strongly coupled to the iron doming mode and that the Fe-C-O tilting and bending modes are related by a negative interaction force constant.  相似文献

Relativistic symmetry orbitals are given for molecular LCAO calculations for the double groups: C2v, Cv, Dh, and Oh (6-fold) coordination. This paper describes the stereoselective outcome of the intramolecular Diels-Alder furan (IMDAF) reaction of substituted (2S,3S)-ethanolamides 9-13, which were synthesised from a furyl substituted cyanohydrin. The latter was obtained from 2-furaldehyde with high enantioselectivity by an oxynitrilase catalysed addition of hydrogen cyanide. The stereochemistry of the IMDAF products was shown to be dependent on the size of the ethanolamide substituents R. Small substituents (H, Me, CN) gave exclusively exo-cycloaddition, whereas more bulky ones (Ph, Et) gave both evo- and endo-addition, the larger phenyl substituent giving a high endo-exo-ratio.  相似文献

Meldola Blue (7-dimethylamino-1,2-benzophenoxazine) can be adsorbed on graphite to give chemically modified electrodes. The electrochemical redox reactions of the phenoxazine are fairly reversible at low coverages with an E′o of ?175 mV vs. SCE at pH 7.0. The electrode was most stable in acid solutions, at pH 6.0 its electrochemical activity decreased by 15% during 2h. The adsorbed compound mediated electron transfer in the electrocatalytic oxidation of the nicotinamide coenzymes (NADH and NADPH). The formation of a charge transfer complex between Meldola Blue and the coenzyme is demonstrated by experiments with a rotating disk electrode. The complex decomposes in a rate limiting step (k+2=30 s?1) to the oxidized coenzyme and the reduced Meldola Blue. The latter can be reoxidized in a fast electrochemical step. The overall result is an electrocatalytic oxidation at a voltage which is about 500 mV lower than at an unmodified electrode.  相似文献
